Trinese has over 20 years of experience in counseling, clinical case management and crisis intervention and specializes in treating depression and anxiety. Trinese also provides individualized guidance, support, motivation and resources to individuals seeking support with health behavior change.

Trinese uses a strength based collaborative approach to treatment, and is passionate about mind and body wellness. She values honesty, creativity, and a direct approach to treatment, and considers it an honor and a privilege to work with individuals on their journey to healing.
